Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Arlington Heights, IL

Key Qualifications:
- Hold current, active Illinois SLP license and PEL (Professional Educator License)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CF) will be considered
- Experience working with school-aged children, ideally within a special education setting
- Ability to provide individualized and group therapy services tailored to IEP goals
- Comfortable working exclusively onsite
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a caseload of nine K-2 students
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
- Maintain thorough documentation in line with district and state requirements
- Engage in New Hire Orientation (tentatively scheduled for 8/12–8/14) to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
