School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Anoka, Minnesota

This contract opportunity is ideal for a skilled SLP with CCC interested in making a positive impact with children ages 3-5 within an ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) caseload. The assignment runs approximately from September 7, 2026, to November 30, 2026, covering a total of 12 weeks. The position calls for 22.5 hours per week, across three days (Monday-Friday), providing an excellent balance of professional fulfillment and work-life flexibility.
Qualifications:
- Valid MN SLP license required
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
- Experience working in school-based settings, specifically with early childhood populations (ages 3-5) preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to commit to the full 12-week contract
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to early childhood students according to their IEPs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
- Maintain accurate, timely records for compliance and progress monitoring
