As an SLP in this school-based setting, you will deliver comprehensive speech and language services, collaborating with educators, families, and support teams to enhance educational outcomes for a diverse K-12 caseload.
Qualifications:
- Valid MN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- SLP-CCC or eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF) considered
- Experience delivering speech and language services in a K-12 school environment is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
- Provide direct speech and language interventions, both in groups and individually
- Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, staff, and families
- Provide support and consultation to teachers and staff regarding students’ speech and language needs
