Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Anoka, MN
Make an impact as a skilled Speech Language Pathologist supporting schools in the greater Twin Cities area for the 2026-2027 academic year! This contract opportunity runs from August 17, 2026, through May 28, 2027, and offers the chance to work on-site in a dynamic, student-centered environment. With five positions available, this role brings together a dedicated team ready to make a difference for students across multiple locations.
Bring your expertise as an SLP-CCC and deliver high-quality, itinerant support to school-aged children. Enjoy a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, collaborating with educators and families to foster student growth and communication success.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (see ASHA guidelines for Minnesota)
- Possess a Professional License at Level 2, 3, or 4
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Previous experience supporting K-12 students in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Enthusiastic about working on-site and engaging face-to-face with students
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to assigned students
- Assess, document, and monitor student progress regularly
- Collaborate with special education staff, classroom teachers, and families
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Travel between school locations as an itinerant SLP
- Maintain accurate, timely records as required by district guidelines
