School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Andover, Minnesota

Primary qualifications include:
- Current Minnesota SLP license (must be presented with resume)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with early childhood/ECSE populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Previous experience in an educational or school-based setting preferred
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing both direct and consultative speech-language services to children aged 3-5
- Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress
- Collaborating with families, classroom teachers, and support staff
- Facilitating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance standards
This contract covers a 12-week period and involves a manageable schedule of 22.5 hours per week over 3 days, Monday through Friday, allowing for work-life balance and flexibility.
