Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Andover, MN

Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota School SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience in school-based SLP roles is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, flexible, and reliable approach to meeting student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, therapy, and support services to students with communication disorders
- Complete documentation and progress reports in line with school and federal requirements
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to develop effective IEPs
- Transition between school sites to fill in for temporary leaves or address unmet student needs
- Provide compensatory services for students who previously missed therapy sessions
- Support an inclusive, student-centered learning environment
