Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid CCC-SLP credential required
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong clinical skills in both direct therapy and consultative roles
- Effective communicator with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Proactive with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to provide professional references prior to an offer
Role Responsibilities:
- Serve a caseload of 46 students with a blend of direct therapy and consultation
- Deliver evidence-based interventions, maintain thorough documentation, and collaborate with educators
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations as needed
- Support students’ communication goals within a supportive high school environment
- Flexible approach—approximately 20 hours per week, schedule may adjust based on completion of duties
- Attend in-person or virtual interviews at the client’s request
