Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience working in pediatric or school settings is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to develop engaging therapy plans tailored to diverse developmental needs
  • Flexibility and adaptability to serve a varied student population

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy for children with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student progress
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation, progress reports, and attendance records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations aligned with student goals

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.53 to $72.53. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
