Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience working in pediatric or school settings is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to develop engaging therapy plans tailored to diverse developmental needs
- Flexibility and adaptability to serve a varied student population

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy for children with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student progress
- Maintain clear and timely documentation, progress reports, and attendance records
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations aligned with student goals
