Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience providing evaluation and therapy for pediatric and school-age populations
- Strong understanding of IEP process and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students identified as needing support
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative services for children with a range of communication challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and legal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team planning
