Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid CCC-SLP license or CFY eligibility
- Prior experience in school-based settings preferred, especially with elementary caseloads
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver therapy both individually and in groups
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students with diverse needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Administer standardized assessments and maintain up-to-date documentation
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Foster a positive, supportive environment to facilitate student communication progress
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and school-based team discussions
