School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Great Barrington, Massachusetts

This full-time position offers the chance to positively influence young learners as part of an enthusiastic team supporting Crosby Elementary’s pre-K through 5th-grade caseload. Candidates with the SLP–CCC credential, strong school-based experience, and those open to collaborating onsite are encouraged to apply. SLPAs passionate about school settings are also welcome, as flexibility is extended to new and experienced providers.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP-CCC or eligible SLPA certification
- Valid state licensure for Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience in a school environment, preferably with elementary-aged students
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for speech, language, and communication challenges
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and families
- Comfortable working onsite throughout the school week
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students from pre-K through 5th grade
- Conduct evaluations, write reports, and develop IEP goals in collaboration with special education staff
- Track progress and provide regular updates to teachers, caregivers, and school administrators
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams supporting student success
- Consult and collaborate with other SLPs and SLPAs as needed
