However, once you have gotten beyond “The Strip,” nature begins to reassert itself. There are a variety of adventures to be had at Great Basin National Park. For a different take on man versus nature, travel Highway 50, known as the Loneliest Highway in America, so named by “Life” magazine, with only a few road stops in its 287-mile stretch.
