Ideal candidates should have:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Expertise in pediatric populations and experience working within schools
Key responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Track student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Work closely with school staff, caregivers, and other professionals to support students’ overall development
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Attend meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary teams, and participate in ongoing professional development
