Desired Qualifications:

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Have either a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA CCC) or are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Possess an active state license to practice as an SLP
  • Prior experience or a strong interest in working with school-aged children and pediatric caseloads
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Adaptable to working in school environments and thriving as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a diverse student population
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports for each student
  • Develop engaging therapy activities and deliver both group and individual sessions
  • Participate in meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for students with communication needs
