Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Hold a current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- State licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Background working with pediatric populations in educational or clinical settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a diverse student population
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families
- Maintain detailed records of assessments, progress, and outcomes
- Attend meetings, complete reports, and participate in ongoing professional development
- Adapt intervention strategies to meet the unique needs of each child
