Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Gardnerville, NV

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based SLP services
- Outstanding communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students with a variety of communication needs
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain detailed progress notes
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student growth
- Create and adjust individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and staff development activities
- Serve as an advocate for students’ speech and language needs within the school setting
