Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy services to students with communication disorders.
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to support students’ educational goals.
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and professional development.
