Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in school settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP planning, and school-wide initiatives to support student success
- Apply best practices relevant to school and pediatric speech-language therapy to maximize student outcomes
