Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Holds or eligible for state SLP licensure
• ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently completing CFY
• Pediatrics experience or strong interest preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to student-centered care

Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for students with communication, articulation, language, voice, and fluency challenges
• Implement individualized intervention programs and work closely with teachers, support staff, and families
• Maintain compliance with IEP goals and all required documentation
• Participate in eligibility and progress review meetings, contributing professional insights as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Support students in achieving functional communication skills, both academically and socially, through evidence-based therapy
