Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Expertise or strong interest in pediatric populations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a school-based setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions, adapting interventions for student needs
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress
- Engage with families, teachers, and support staff to promote positive outcomes
- Participate in staff meetings, IEP reviews, and professional development activities
