What we’re looking for:
- Active Tennessee Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience or strong interest in serving pediatric and school-aged populations
- Skilled in assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring for students with diverse speech/language needs
- Background in healthcare-based, school-based, and pediatric settings is appreciated
- Strong communication abilities with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- SLPA supervision is not required; SLPAs are not eligible for this role
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and interpret results
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with school requirements and student IEPs
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Document progress regularly and participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain compliance with all state, district, and ethical guidelines
