Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Tennessee Speech-Language Pathologist license required (TN SLP).
- Applicants must hold or be working towards CCCs (Clinical Certificate of Competence) or be eligible for CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year).
- Experience in school-based settings, pediatrics, and healthcare-related speech therapy preferred.
- Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for a range of communication disorders in children.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Please note: SLPAs will not be considered for this role.
Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with varied needs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop IEPs, and collaborate on student progress.
- Consult and communicate with teachers, parents, and related service providers.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of therapy, evaluations, and student progress.
- Stay updated with current best practices and contribute to the ongoing development of the school therapy program.
