Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Satanta, Kansas

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing educational planning
- Provide support and education to teachers and families regarding students’ speech and language development
