Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with identified needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in groups, supporting communication, language, articulation, and social skills
- Consult and coach educational staff and family members to ensure continuity and integration of therapy goals
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development sessions, and inservice trainings as needed
