Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as an SLP and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Understanding of current best practices in therapy for school-aged children
- Strong interpersonal communication and documentation skills
- Experience working in an educational or pediatric setting is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders and develop personalized intervention plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in groups
- Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with school policies and state/federal regulations
