Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in San Mateo, CA

Desired Qualifications:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology license
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish required
- Experience or training in pediatric therapy (preschool focus preferred)
- SLP-CCC or strong candidates with SLP-CFY status considered
- Background in school-based or healthcare SLP settings highly valued
- Sound knowledge of IEP process and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy to preschool students with speech or language needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and families, to support student progress
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct therapy sessions on-site in a classroom or small group setting
- Complete timely and accurate documentation, including progress reports and participation in IEP meetings
- Foster a supportive and culturally responsive learning environment
