Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Proven experience in pediatric, healthcare, and/or school-based settings
  • Demonstrated skill in providing therapy to preschool-aged children
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and able to provide therapy in both English and Spanish
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person assessments, therapy sessions, and progress evaluations with preschool students
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans that address speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Document and maintain accurate records for each student’s progress
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to support students’ functional communication in the classroom
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
  • Maintain compliance with state, district, and professional standards

This is an in-person, full-time contract position providing a consistent schedule with the chance to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Your bilingual Spanish skills will be highly valued as you help children access high-quality speech and language services.
