Pediatric Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Pathologist - San Francisco, California

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current and valid California SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Proven pediatric and/or school-based experience, with comfort working in therapy settings
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person speech and language assessments for preschool students
- Design and deliver individualized therapy sessions addressing receptive, expressive, and pragmatic language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support each child’s development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with school and state guidelines
