Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience providing speech, language, and communication therapy, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
- Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, support staff, and families
- Proficiency in implementing IEPs and maintaining accurate documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech and language support needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills
- Collaborate with educators and families to deliver effective intervention strategies
- Maintain detailed and compliant records in line with local and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering expert input and progress updates
- Deliver services in both individual and group settings, adapting methods to diverse student needs
