Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in New Haven, CT

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working with school-aged children or adolescents, particularly in educational settings, is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Deliver direct therapy services tailored to students’ individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Create targeted treatment plans based on assessment outcomes and student goals
