- Active Tennessee (TN) Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
- Background in pediatric speech therapy, particularly within school-based or healthcare environments
- Experience delivering evaluations, treatment, and progress reports for students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with teachers, families, and support staff
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy for students with a variety of speech and language disorders, focusing on enhancing their communication skills
- Maintain accurate, timely records, and prepare detailed therapy progress updates
- Collaborate closely with educators and parents to monitor progress, update goals, and ensure best outcomes for each child
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to help guide student success
- Stay informed on best practices and emerging techniques in pediatric speech-language pathology
