Skilled Nursing Facility Speech Pathologist - Everett, Washington

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience or CFY in educational and/or healthcare settings strongly preferred
- Proficiency working with pediatric populations in both individual and group formats
- Experience with teletherapy is an asset
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Comfortable managing a varied caseload (split between middle and elementary students)
- Ability to collaborate with paraprofessionals and interdisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with student needs
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions both in-person and virtually (if applicable)
- Maintain clear, timely records and progress reports
- Consult with families and school staff to support student achievement and access to curriculum
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluations
