Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, active SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Proven experience working in hospital or similar healthcare settings
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other allied health staff
- Genuine enthusiasm for supporting patients with diverse speech, language, cognitive, or swallowing disorders
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hospital patients with various speech, language, voice, and swallowing conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals
- Document patient progress clearly and accurately according to hospital policies
- Communicate findings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide patient and family education regarding therapy goals and at-home exercises

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
