Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Speech-Language Pathologists to implement therapy plans tailored to students’ individual needs
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language services to students under supervision
- Document student progress accurately, keeping detailed records of sessions and outcomes
- Support assessment activities and help prepare materials for therapy
- Participate in IEP meetings as requested, contributing observations and insights
- Communicate progress and concerns to supervising SLPs and educational staff
- Foster an encouraging atmosphere that helps students achieve their full communication potential
