Key Qualifications:
- Active SLPA licensure with at least one year of relevant experience in a school setting
- Solid understanding of providing speech therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for interacting with students, staff, and families
- Strong record-keeping ability and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing a full caseload while adapting to individual student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted speech therapy interventions as directed by the supervising SLP
- Assist in developing and implementing therapy plans tailored to each student
- Document student progress and maintain records according to school and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize student care
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing communication with families and staff
