Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Warren, TX

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Active SLPA license or certification, meeting state requirements
- Prior experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to implement therapy plans as directed by a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
- Enthusiasm for working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Flexible, reliable, and dedicated to supporting student progress
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver targeted speech and language interventions to students
- Conduct individual or group therapy sessions, tracking student progress and documenting sessions accurately
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student communication goals
- Prepare and organize instructional materials, activities, and classroom-based supports
- Assist with screenings and data collection to inform therapy plans
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional and ethical standards in all aspects of service delivery
