This opportunity seeks individuals skilled as Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) or Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) within a school setting to provide essential support to students in PreK through 12th grade. The role is onsite at a school located in Limon, Colorado, with a contract running from August 3, 2026, through May 29, 2027. Successful candidates will work a 37.5-hour week delivering both direct and indirect speech therapy services.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ speech and language capabilities.
- Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals.
- Providing speech therapy services that promote effective communication and enhance academic success.
- Managing a caseload that supports a diverse population of PreK-12 students.
- Working under supervised guidance to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience in a school environment.
- Ability to perform both direct service delivery and indirect support activities.

- Familiarity with IEP processes and speech language assessment tools.
