Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license or eligibility in the state
- Experience or coursework related to school-based speech services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to complete timely assessments and documentation
- Comfort working with students across a wide range of ages and needs (PreK-12)
- Professionalism and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students, as directed by supervising SLP
- Conduct assessments and help develop students’ communication skills
- Participate in IEP meetings as a collaborative team member
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes
- Communicate effectively with educators, families, and colleagues
- Adhere to professional, ethical, and school standards
