Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech Language
Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year in Bailey, Colorado. This
full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive school
environment, helping students develop essential communication skills.
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay range: $40–$50/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
- Monitor and evaluate student outcomes and adjust therapy plans as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Colorado SLPA license (or ability to obtain)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
