Qualifications:
- Licensed or certified as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- School-based SLPA experience (preferred, but not required)
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations from PreK-12th grade
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility and dependability for school schedules
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapy and educational interventions
- Assist in conducting screening and implementing individualized plans under supervision
- Facilitate speech, language, and communication activities for students
- Document student performance and progress per school procedures
- Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to support students' developmental goals
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
