Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited SLPA program (or equivalent state certification)
- Eligible for licensure as an SLPA in Texas
- Previous experience in school settings preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in providing therapy to students
- Support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collect data and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Travel between sites as determined during the in-person interview
