Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Active SLPA licensure in Massachusetts
- Previous school-based SLPA experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to elementary students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document student progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
