School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - East Falmouth, MA

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in speech-language pathology or a related field
- Active and current SLPA licensure in Massachusetts
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged students (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with speech-language pathologists, teachers, and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language intervention services to elementary students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist with implementing therapy plans and documenting student progress
- Support classroom teachers in incorporating language goals into daily activities
- Prepare therapy materials and instructional resources as needed
- Monitor and report on students’ progress toward IEP goals
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other educational staff
