Qualifications and Requirements:
- Hold a valid Arizona SLPA license
- Maintain an active IVP Fingerprint Card
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in PreK-8 school settings
- Passion and commitment to empower young learners with communication differences
- Ability to adapt quickly and collaborate effectively with school staff, supervising SLPs, and families
- Strong organizational and communication skills for accurate therapy documentation
What You’ll Do:
- Implement treatment plans developed by supervising SLPs for PreK-8 students
- Provide direct therapy individually or in small groups, following best practices
- Collect and document data to track student progress and communicate outcomes
- Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development, and IEP team discussions as necessary
- Support a positive, inclusive school environment, adapting materials as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with school and state regulations
