Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, onsite speech-language support services as directed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Assist with assessments, implementation of therapy plans, and progress tracking for PreK-8th grade students.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance with school and state regulations.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, families, and staff to promote student progress.
- Adapt therapeutic activities and materials to meet varied classroom and individual student needs.
