School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Gadsden, Arizona

Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in the Gadsden, AZ area. This contract position provides the opportunity to work onsite with a PreK-8th grade caseload (final caseload details to be determined). Qualifications:
- Hold a current Arizona SLPA license
- Possess a valid IVP Fingerprint Card
- Demonstrated experience supporting speech-language services in a school environment
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication abilities
- Ability to adapt and collaborate in diverse educational settings
What You’ll Do:
- Provide therapy and intervention services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist with implementing treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collect data on student progress and collaborate in developing progress reports
- Support IEP implementation and help maintain accurate documentation
- Foster an inclusive, engaging environment for students with a range of communication abilities
- Engage in interdisciplinary teamwork with teachers and specialists for optimal student support
This position is full time, averaging 37.5 hours per week and extends from September 14th, 2026, through May 26th, 2027. The contract is exclusively onsite, offering hands-on opportunities to directly connect with students and staff throughout the school year.
