Key Qualifications:
- Current Arizona SLPA License required
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Card in hand
- Previous experience or educational background supporting speech therapy in school settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children and educators
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic caseload and work independently under supervision
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with delivering direct and indirect speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a certified SLP
- Support students’ communication goals through tailored intervention and activities
- Document student progress, preparing materials and maintaining data logs as required
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student IEP plans
- Engage positively with children across preschool and elementary grade levels
