Skills and Qualifications:
- Holds current Arizona SLPA license
- Possesses a valid IVP Fingerprint Card
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with children preferred
- Committed to collaborating onsite with students and staff
- Strong communication skills and a nurturing, professional approach
- Ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language intervention services to PreK-8 students as assigned by supervising SLP
- Implement therapy plans, collect data, and observe student progress
- Maintain detailed records and assist in the documentation process
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Prepare instructional materials and participate in IEP meetings as requested
- Maintain a supportive, inclusive, and engaging environment for all learners
