Speech Language Pathologist

Key Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology in Connecticut
Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Commitment to in-person services (remote candidates will not be considered)
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload across several schools
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Conduct assessments, interpret results, and participate in IEP meetings
Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate documentation as required by district and state guidelines
Engage in ongoing professional development and district initiatives
