This role covers the full 26/27 school year, providing steady and meaningful experience from August 12th through June 2027. You will work at a single, consistent site, supporting a caseload of up to 50 students ranging from pre-K to 6th grade. Exposure to new educational practices and leadership styles will foster your growth as an SLPA, helping you build a broader perspective and advance your career.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • SLPA Certification
  • Experience with school-aged students preferred
  • Compassionate, flexible, and organized approach
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to students with speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with licensed SLPs, teachers, and educational staff
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP processes
  • Engage with families and caregivers as needed to ensure continuity of care
