School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Rohnert Park, California

This full-time, onsite opportunity allows you to build meaningful relationships with up to 50 students, delivering speech and language therapy services essential for their growth and academic success. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid SLPA certification required
- Experience in a school environment providing speech-language support preferred
- Comfort working with elementary and early childhood populations
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to engage collaboratively with a team of educators and therapists
- Passion for fostering student progress and developing individualized strategies
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services as outlined by supervising SLPs
- Maintain accurate session notes and track student progress
- Implement individualized therapy activities tailored to each student’s needs
- Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment at the school
- Participate in school meetings and collaborate on intervention plans as needed
