Qualifications:
- Active California SLPA license required
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to work full-time (up to 35 hours/week) or part-time (please provide your availability)
- Eagerness to work with students of varying backgrounds and needs
Responsibilities:
- Support SLPs in providing therapeutic services in school environments
- Assist with implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collect data and maintain accurate records on student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to maximize student success
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
