School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Support students in achieving communication goals within educational settings.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Louisiana Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Louisiana Department of Education certification or eligibility, as required.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
