School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Redwood City, CA

What we’re looking for:
- Valid SLPA license in California
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Ability to collaborate with supervising SLPs and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Flexibility with scheduling and an eagerness to indicate your preferred days/hours
Role expectations include:
- Providing direct, supervised speech-language therapy to students individually or in groups
- Assisting with screening and assessment under the guidance of licensed SLPs
- Supporting the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Delivering engaging, evidence-based interventions
- Maintaining accurate records of sessions and student progress
- Participating in staff meetings/professional development as required
